Frugal Friday: Clean your shower head the easy way

Its been a couple of weeks since i have posted a frugal friday tip.  I know this is something that bugs me so thought i would share this picture i found.

Being a big fan of using vinegar as a cleaning product this is something i am keen to try.

Has anyone else tried this? Did it work?
