I restarted the squares i needed for Kaycee's winter blanket. I am far from finished as i am currently working on a square a week. With winter looming i need to get myself in gear.
This stitch was easy enough. It uses the basic 2 stitches throughout and the only hard part i had was remembering what stitch i ended a row on. It makes a nice tight, thick pattern, perfect for keeping the warmth in.
This stitch works on an even number of stitches - i used 30.
Row 1 - Knit 1, purl 1, knit 1, purl 1 - all the way across
Row 2 - Purl 1, Knit 1, purl 1, knit 1 - All the way across
Keep alternating rows until you have your desired length.
There is lots of ways to vary this stitch. If you have a google there will be lots of tutorials for the various ways.
