Frugal Friday: Painting tip

I am about to start decorating big K's room. She is 12 now and has outgrown the pink and purple girly colors. This may seem cheap but i was surprised how much i managed to get off the roller when i tried it. Its a perfect tip especially if its just a small wall you are doing.
