Every Christmas, i try to put things in my kids stockings which are less obvious. Children are naturally curious, especially around Christmas and mine are no different. I am a master at disguising gifts so when it comes to my kids having a cheeky shake and giving me a very confident guess, i can shake my head and smile confidently to myself knowing that they have no idea what is wrapped up. I think that this prolongs the excitement for them. Mine are now old enough that i do not have to worry about coming downstairs to find everything open, or opening corners to have a peek so i do not mind them having a little bit of a feel and getting excited.
While shopping yesterday for day 11's surprise, i found a few things in Poundland which when put together makes an unusual shape. These are things i look for so i grabbed an extra set to give away.
The items are:
- An owl shaped soap on a rope - Orange scented
- A lavender bath bomb
- A bath shaped container
- A mini foot pampering set - contents are a pumice stone, foot lotion and foot scrub.
The 1st 3 items are currently on a 3 for 2 offer which make them even better value for stocking fillers.
I put them in a cellophane bag for big K but have left them separate for the winner to decide whether they will break this bundle down or keep as one lot. For me i just like the unusual shape that this wraps up as and can see big K having lots of fun guessing what it is.
To win the £75 stocking filler box that this is included in, just enter the really easy gleam app below.
Best of luck everyone xx
